Q:  How do you obtain your autographed items?

A:  Metro Entertainment holds autograph signings at our retail store in California with TV/MOVIE/COMIC BOOK creators.

Metro Entertainment obtains their signed items at these signings.  The celebrity signs for the fans and then for the company.  Metro Entertainment guarantees the authenticity of their items 100%.  Metro Entertainment only sells autographs that were obtained in person with the celebrity.

Q:  What is a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?

A:  A COA is a document that certifies that a signature or a limited edition item is authentic. The company name and pertinent information is listed on the COA along with the information about the item.  This guarantees that down the road, should there ever be a question about authenticity, the original seller can back up the claim. Metro Entertainment provides COA's with all autographed items.

Q:  How come the image in the scan appears "dark" or "light" or "fuzzy" or "________"?
A:  The appearance of the scan really depends on the capabilities of your web browser.  I've seen these scans on different computers and they can show up differently.

Q:  Do You Ship Worldwide? How much does shipping/handling cost?
A:  Of Course, we ship worldwide. A large percentage of our customers are in Canada, Europe and Australia. Shipping/Handling is a flat fee: to the United States ($5-6.50); to Canada/Mexico ($7.75); and All Other Countries ($9.75)

Q:  How are items shipped and packaged?
A:  All items are either boxed, or protected between two layers of cardboard.  Metro Entertainment ships once a week on Mondays and Thursdays (holidays will alter this schedule slightly). All Items are shipped via the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE:  Priority Mail within the U.S;  Global Priority Mail Outside the U.S .  Insurance is available within the United States, but is unavailable at this time outside the U.S. (unless otherwise stated).  Both methods are fast and safe.

Q:  What method of payment do you accept?
A:  All of the following methods are acceptable (must be in U.S. dollars):  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, Money Orders, & Cash. Paypal.com & Bidpay.com are accepted for our ebay auctions and by special arrangements made via email.

Q:  How will I know when my item is shipped?
A:  You will be sent an e-mail.  OR If you won an auction on ebay, the best way to check is to check your feedback--the day feedback is given is the date the item shipped.

Q:  It's been 4 weeks and I still have not received my item.  What gives?
A:  If you made payment by check, chances are that your item will arrive around 4 weeks from the time you sent payment.  Checks must clear before shipping (takes about 2 weeks).  Payment may take a week to arrive, and shipping time of your item may take a week.  Add it up and it could be 4 weeks.  If you want your item sooner (2 weeks or less), use any other payment method.
